In this reach, the rape oil waste gum has been taken as raw material, and hydroxylatedrape oil phospholipids are produced through concentrating and hydroxylating. It discussedways and major factors to make concentrated rape oil phospholipids. The impact of differentfactors on hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids are revealed in the study of one-factorexperiment, and the best condition of making hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids is gainedby the study of orthogonal test. Hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids are took as rawmaterial and cornmeal as carrier, to make out hydroxylated phospholipids fat flour with goodquality.Microwave method and vacuum heating method are used to concentrate rape oilhydration gum respectively, through comparison, we found that the speed of producingconcentrated rape oil phospholipids under microwave methods is much faster, but the qualityof it is not so good, as for it’s darker color and higher Peroxide Value and acid value. Andconcentrated rape oil phospholipids made from vacuum heating method is significantly betterin color, higher Peroxide Value and acid value. It shows that we can control all the qualities ofconcentrated rape oil phospholipids by controlling its color and viscosity. The color ofconcentrated rape oil phospholipids are mainly affected by the quality of rape oil waste gum,operating temperature, time, and air oxidation. Viscosity of concentrated rape oilphospholipids are mainly affected by the moisture content, temperature of concentrated rapeoil phospholipids and content of acetone soluble matter.During the process of studying hydroxylation of rape oil phospholipids throughOne-factor experiment, it was revealed: the content of H202and lactic acid, the reactiontemperature and time all have different effects on the result of hydroxylation. Orthogonal testcomes to the conclusion that the best technological condition is: when the amount of H202is11%, lactic acid is15%, reaction time is2h, reaction temperature is60℃. Based on the resultof orthogonal test, we should fix the content of NaOH to1.7%to end the reaction and toreduce acid value of the product.And fix hydroxylated dehydration to1%,then pump air intovacuum state for more than3.5h to reduce Peroxide Value. All the index of hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids produced according to the best technology are better than the standard set inFCC-2006.Hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids are used as raw material and cornmeal is used ascarrier in this research, hydroxylated phospholipids fat flour with good quality are made out.It’s content of crude fat, phospholipids, protein, starch and the addition are37.5%,14.6%,10.5%and30.8%respectively, the content of water is6.1%. The appearanceof the product is tan, shifting without blocks, and is mixed through. So the quality claims ofits kind are met.The process design of1000TYP hydroxylated rape oil phospholipids was also made outin the study, which contains a set of explanation and process design.
