Since1970s, in order to alleviate the serious environment pollution and resource exhaustiveness in the process of industrialization, environmental management theory produced at the historic moment. The western developed countries achieved significant environmental protection efforts by adopting a series of environmental management activities. Also, Western enterprises reduced the production costs, improved environmental performance and profit by adopting a series of environmental management activities. These practices laid a solid theoretical groundwork and abundant practical experience for corporate environmental management. Along with the integration of global economic, the theory of environmental management began to spread throughout the world. Although there are many enterprises have been aware of the importance of environmental management in China, but there are a lot of enterprises still retain the traditional management idea and extensive production mode. Especially in recent years, along with the rapid information transmission, people often can hear that the environment is polluted by the enterprises’illegal emissions of pollutants and consumers health damaged by the inferior-quality products. We’re worry about the enterprises’environment management situation. Every enterprise is the basic economic unit to provide products and services, but also is the main user of resources and the main source of pollution. From the national level, the enterprise environment management can improve the public life environment and it relates to human survival basis. From the enterprises’ level, environmental management can not only help enterprises to change the production and operation mode, but also help the enterprises to save the production cost, improve the corporate economic performance and environmental performance, enhance the corporate competitiveness. Most important question is definite the driving factors of the corporate environmental management and study the relation between the driving factors and corporate environment management activities. First, we identify12stakeholders which motivate the corporate environment management initiative, and sum up the12stakeholders to four main component factors by the principal component analysis, the four main component factors are internal stakeholders factor, market and competitive factor, external supervision factor and external mandatory factor. Second, we build a synergistic mechanism of corporate environment management by analyzing the internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Internal mechanism is to point to a PDCA cycle, including the corporate environmental management strategy, implementation, performance evaluation and improvement. External mechanism includes pressure mechanism, incentive mechanism, demand mechanism and competition mechanism, etc. Third, analyses how the four component factors influence the corporate environment management initiative by the single factor variance analysis. The analysis indicates that the four component factors have a significant effect to corporate environment initiative. Forth, we verify the synergistic mechanism mentioned before by a case study of Jiaxipera compressor CO.,LTD..
