| The national economy is developing rapidly during the more than30years since reformand opening up. People’s production and life conditions greatly improved because of many ofinfrastructure construction and real estate projects, but all of this hardware facilities can notimprove without the use of cement and stone which are from the nature of the naturalmountain. To improve economic conditions, the local government departments have allowedthe people near the mountain to open factory to manufacturing stones and cement. So a largenumber cement factory has been appeared surrounding the southern mountains in the city of Jinan. But after years of disordered exploiting, a lot of mountains have been black and blue allover. In recent years the government increased supervision, and closed the quarry, but themountain badly damaged surface has serious impact on the geological structure, the naturallandscape and the form of the ecological environment which don’t coordinate to the image ofthe capital city and the target of the ecological environment construction. So, the governmentdecided to ecological restores these damaged mountain.The southern damaged mountains in the city of jinan is a part of58mountain determinedrestored. The southern mountains as a green lung of jinan, is beautiful of its naturalenvironment, and it is the back garden of the city of Jinan. So the restoration of the southerndamaged mountains is very important. On the basis of the investigated landslides damagedsituation and related environmental situation of the southern mountains, the author of thispaper participate in ecological restoration project design, the construction process,construction quality control, construction progress control and the payment links. In this paper,we select six mountains of the southern damaged mountains as examples, and carry out thesummary analysis of the ecological restoration design, and take the recovery effect trackingsurvey, and take pictures record. We conclude that the suspended net spray-sowing methodand the mountain base soil backfilling method are more suitable for the southern damagedmountains renovation, through the comparison with the real effect and optimization scientificanalysis using fuzzy mathematics method. These two methods have great application value inthe north mountain with similar conditions. Four restoration methods were taken out in this project. They are suspended net spray-sowing method, mountain base soil backfilling method, Slope cutting open platform andconstruction technology method and construction technology of masonry fish-scale pitsmethod. In this paper, the concrete construction technology method is introduced through theway with picture and its accompanying essay which make these specific construction methodsmore straightforward and more understandable. The four methods in various mountainapplication situation is some mountain only using one method, some mountain is using two orthree methods of synthesis application. So this paper respectively detailed description thedifferent application situation of the four methods in every mountain.In this paper, we established seven technical indexes to evaluate the ecologicalrestoration effect of the damaged mountain. They are facade keep out degree, plantingdensity, landscape administrative levels feels, plant variety diversity, season phase change,construction maintenance cost and easy of construction. We established the ecological effectevaluation system for the damaged mountain based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive model.We quantities the comprehensive score of the four management method, and get the optimalcontrol method. |
