The Strategic Thought Of Ecological And Environmental Protection Work In Yancheng Coastal Development

In recent years, the Jiangsu Provinc Committee of Chinese Communist made a great decision about the coastal areas development, which has risen to the national strategy in2009. Yancheng City, located in the coastal middle of Jiangsu province, is one of important areas in the coastal development of Jiangsu province, and has the most abundant biodiversity, with strong function of ecological service. The ecologic aspect is the biggest advantage with Yancheng City, but the restriction factor in its coastal development is also the ecological environment. The ecological environment protection in the process of Yancheng coastal development determines the success or failure of the whole coastal development. Accordingly, it becomes the focus of the world that the harmonious coordination between Yancheng coastal development and ecological protection is or not.This present research is the ecological protection in Yancheng coastal development of Jiangsu as foothold, from the perspective of sociology, economics, and ecology, to discuss the question of important ecological environment protection involved in the development in order to present suggestions about the rational use in Yancheng ecological resources and ecological protection in coastal development. These can optimize the model function to the plan of Yancheng coastal development, urging the harmony among environment, economic and society.The preface of this research describes the general situation of Yancheng, and illustrates the purpose, significance, and the present situation of the study and designs the research methods and technical route.The first part of this research is from the topic of the particularity of natural ecological environment, the fragility of environmental quality and the problems of ecologic and environment, which has revealed in the previous development starting to prove that the protection of ecological environment is the first factor to determine the success or failure of Yancheng coastal development.The second part,based on the viewpoint of ovarall-plan, elaborates the four pending critical relationships of coastal development vs ecological protection and so on, and presents a study of ecotope compensation system which is propitious to protecting ecotope and needs urgently to be built or perfected,and propose the optimization suggestions on the strategic decision of spatial arrangement in costal development..The third part of this research mainly refers to the selective investigation of the key concrete problem of the rare natural reserve regionalization adjustment, the development of coastal wind and power industry, coastal beach reclamation, the prevention of manufacture pollution, the security of drinking water quality, the focus on invasive species, especially the influence of alterniflora and others involved in the strategy problem of the protection in ecological environment. At last, necessary measures are proposed.
