In recent years, Stainless Steel plate has been widely used in food, medical treatment, industry, petrochemical and other fields. Vacuum annealing is an important metalworking production of Stainless Steel process.Aiming to improve the vacuum annealing furnace automatic production level,the issue proposed a multi-temperature zone of high uniform and accuracy in temperature and vacuum degree control requirements, which is on the basis of the vacuum annealing processing of Stainless Steel metal and the titanium plate,and it’s equipment features. Using Profibus bus+RS485bus to establish a multi-bus network structure, the issue designed IPC+PLC+intelligent instruments distributed hardware control systems. In software design, the Issue used WINCC7.0to design a monitoring system with animation, three-dimensional effect of HMI, which can complete the timely data recording, and alarm the instant feedback, make the system run the visual display; In order to gain a uniform temperature control in Multi-temperature zone, the issue has made the Fuzzy-PID control strategy run through OPC technology, which used the configuration software to be the server host, got on-line optimization of PID parameters, adjusted the temperature partly; Process control procedures were carried out by step7,which contol the whole processing.Practical operation shows that this system works well. It reached a high regulating accuracy in temperature, vacuum and uniformity temperature in a multi-temperature zone, improved the system stability, adaptability and robustness. |
