Metallophthalocyanine(MPc) is a kind of high efficient catalyst, has good catalyticactivity in oxygen and hydrogen peroxide oxidation reaction. The metal phthalocyaninepackage for molecular sieve, not only can improve the catalytic activity, selectivity andstability, but also can realize the active component, a separation of homogeneous catalysisheterogeneous and catalyst recycling, is a important research subject in the catalyst.3-amyloxyphthalonitrile that a phthalocyanine precursors has been synthesized using3-nitrophthalonitrile, and characterized by1H NMR and IR spectrum.Five kinds of substitutedmetallophthalocyanines had also been synthesized by DBU liquidoid catalysis method:α-tetra-amyloxyphthalocyaninecobalt(Ⅱ),α-tetra-amyloxyphthalocyaninenickel(Ⅱ),α-tetra-amyloxyphthalocyaninecopper(Ⅱ),α-tetra-amyloxyphthalocyanineZnic(Ⅱ),α-tetra-amy-loxyphthalocyanine Cadmiun(Ⅱ). And they were characterized by IRspectrum and UV-Vis absorptionspectrum. Eight kinds of metallophthalocyanines were synthesized by impregnation method,then they were characterized by IR spectrum,element analysis and nitrogen adsorption.The degradation rate of malachite green is researched with metallophthalocyaninesα-(C5H11O)4PcCo(Ⅱ)-MCM-41,α-(C5H11O)4PcNi(Ⅱ)-MCM-41.At room temperature (25±1℃) neutral environment, Study on supported phthalocyanine catalyst on the degradation of4mg/L malachite green solution, At the same time of catalyst content and hydrogen peroxideconcentration on degradation effect of malachite green, The results show that four kinds ofcatalysts have good catalytic performance, Under the same conditions, catalytic effect ofα-(C5H11O)4PcCo-MCM-41is best. Tthe degradation can reach up to92%within ten minutesin0.7g/L (quality of20mg), the concentration of H2O2was10mmol/L conditions. Thestudy of reproducibility show that the catalyst has good reusability.The degradation rate of mercaptoethanol catalytic effect was researched with.α-(C5H11-O)4PcCo(Ⅱ)-SBA-15,α-(C5H11O)4PcNi(Ⅱ)-SBA-15. At room temperature (20±1℃), andOx-ygen atmosphere. Study on two kinds of supported metallophthalocyanine catalyst. At thesame time of catalyst content, complex metal centers as well as catalyst reproducibility. Theresults show that the catalyst has good catalytic activity.along with the increase of catalystdosage, the catalytic effect of mercaptoethanol is enhanced. α-(C5H11O)4PcNi(Ⅱ)-SBA-15have higher catalytic activity thenα-(C5H11O)4PcNi(Ⅱ)-SBA-15. The study of reproduce-bilityα-(C5H11O)4PcCo(Ⅱ)-SBA-15show that the catalyst has good reusability.
