Research On Coordinated Development Of High-Land Use Efficiency And Land Ecological Security In Guangdong Province

The goal of land and resources management is to guarantee development,protect resources and ensure the construction of ecological civilization,and attach importance to the carrying capacity of resources and the environment.Land use must not only emphasize the current comprehensive benefits,but also pay attention to system health and safety,and consider future land use.Guangdong province is located in the Pearl River Delta.During the process of urbanization,the economic output of land is highly efficient.The GDP is the highest in the country all the year round,but at the same time,it has also threatened the ecological security of the land.The number of high-yield fields is not large,and the total area of forests,shrubs,and grasslands is reduced due to the expansion of urban construction land,the decrease in the number of mangroves,and the decline in ecological functions.To realize the efficient use of land and to pay attention to the issue of ecological security has become an issue that must be paid attention to in the development of Guangdong.It is of great significance to research the coordinated development of efficient land use and ecological security of land.Based on this,taking 21 cities in Guangdong province as the research object,nine indicators were selected from the perspective of output and input,combined with the superefficient SBM model to measure land use efficiency.From the economic,social,natural resources and natural environment perspective,15 indicators were selected to measure the level of land ecological security combined with the projection pursuit model.Finally,on this basis,the coordinated development degree of the two was measured by the coupled coordination degree model.The research conclusions of this article are:1.From 2000 to 2016,the land use efficiency and ecological safety of land in Guangdong have improved.The land use efficiency is characterized by high in the east,low in the west,high in the south and low in the north,with Shenzhen,Zhuhai and Chaozhou as high-level gathering places,and Zhanjiang and Yunfu as low-level gathering places.Land ecological security by high in the north and low in the south,high in the east and low in the middle,highlevel areas are concentrated in the northern Guangdong,and low-level areas are concentrated in the core cities of the Pearl River Delta and Shantou.2.From 2000 to 2016,the coupling development value of land use efficiency and land ecological security in Guangdong Province showed an upward trend,from low-level coordination to medium-level coordination.The two showed a positive correlation,and the role of benign development is being strengthened.The type of coordinated development is mostly developed simultaneously,indicating that the land use efficiency and the land ecological security level are consistent.In the short term,the efficient use of land exerts a coercion on land ecological security,which is manifested by the decline in land ecological security with the increase of land use efficiency.From the medium to long term,the situation of land ecological security is getting better.Therefore,there is no contradiction between high land use efficiency and land ecological security.3.There are two conditions for land use efficiency and land ecological security to achieve a high level of coordinated development: First,the degree of land development and utilization is appropriate,and there is no serious damage to the land ecological security.The land use efficiency and ecological security status have been maintained well.The second is that at the beginning of the study period,the land use exceeded the bearing range,destroying the ecological security of the land,but the land use efficiency continued to increase,and the resulting benefits contributed to improving the ability of ecological environment governance,thereby improving the level of coordinated development.Cities at different stages have different characteristics.Highly coordinated cities basically belong to the synchronous development type,dysfunctional and declining cities mostly belong to the double-low synchronous development type,low-coordinated cities mostly belong to the efficiency lag type,and moderately coordinated cities belong to the ecological lag type.To further improve coordination,moderately coordinated cities should focus on ecological security,and lowly coordinated cities should focus on improving the efficient use of land.
