The conducted research of the digital manufacturing key technology, new principle and process about high precision high order aspheric optical part processing and the development of the new equipment will be the chinese breakthrough of the high performance complex optical system core manufacturing technology, which also provide technical guarantee of the great-leap-forward development frontier. This paper stands on a new theory of tangent method efficient micro-nano grinding forming high order aspheric optical part, and some key techniques and equipment development were researched.These key technique ensuring aspheric surface flatness, which reduce or eliminate the ripples errors on the surface, improve the fine grinding processing quality, save a great deal of polishing time. Therefore the axisymmetric high order aspheric optical part processing efficiency is greatly improved.Firstly, the mathematical model of the forming path curve characteristic parameters and the tangent method forming theory mathematical model of the turning around point Go to processing in the actual processing system were established. Secondly, the system natural frequency, vibration mode and critical speed were completely analyzed by the simulation, then the rationality and reliability of the machine tool structure were determined. In addition, NC processing system software was modular designed, and the processing procedure were preliminarily determined. Finally, the part of space positioning errors were detectioned for the machine tool debugging assembly and comprehensive error compensation.The key technique research and equipment development of tangent method efficient micro-nano grinding axisymmetric high order aspheric optical part will have important theoretical and practical significance.
