Since the gradual depletion of non-renewable energy, it is imperative to develop the use of renewable energy represented by the solar energy. The concentrator solar cells Combined with the advanced optics technology, high order aspheric component of the concentrating solar optical system should be researched actively. As a non-spherical component can replace several spherical elements, reduce the energy loss as much as possible, and simplify the apparatus structure, reduce the weight of the equipment, provide the viable solar concentrator for the concentrating solar energy system.In this paper, in view of the requirements of concentrating solar energy systems, selected the zerodur material, On the base of Computer controlled theory, Optimized the parameters of grinding and polishing technology of the high order aspheric component. Using the TAYLOR HOBSON profilometer of United Kingdom for making feedback polishing, and drawing on the classical processing methods, the final surface error of high order zerodur aspheric surface is0.62μm;.the surface finish is Ⅲ,satisfied the requirements of the concentrating solar energy systems.
