is an important inorganic functional materials, its storage and use of solar energy, photovoltaic, photochromic and photocatalytic degradation of air and water pollutants and other potential applications have become one of key research topics. The titania nanotubes have greater specific surface area and stronger Adsorption ability than nanoparticles, so it is worth to pay close attention to in gas sensors, photocatalysis, photovoltaic cells and other parties. In this paper, we used the hydrothermal synthesis method successfully fabricated a diameter of10-100nm, a length of several hundred nanometers to several microns within the scope of titania nanotubes. Prepared different crystalline phase of titanium oxide nanotubes under different growth conditions, including anatase and rutile phase of nanotubes;H2Ti2O5ยท H2O single phase composition of titania nanotubes; Na2Ti3O7phase of titania nanotubes; H2Ti3O7phase nanotubes; Na2TiO3phase nano-stick and so on.In this paper, we according to different reaction conditions:reactor filling volume, precursor concentration, sub-crystal concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, washing conditions and annealing temperature, research the phase composition of nanotubes (XRD), surface morphology (SEM) and optical excitation features (PL). The results of the experiment that the phase composition of samples determine the location of the intrinsic luminescence, while the diameter of nanotubes determines the light intensity.
