The study of inorganic-organic hybrid compounds based on POMs had attracted considerable interest in the last few years for their potential applications in catalysis, magnetism, photochromatism, biopharmaceuticals and so on. Moreover, the research on supramolecular chemistry had attracted more and more attention, due to their strong potential for kinds of applications, such as storage, catalysis, nonlinear optics and magnetism.In this thesis, three novel inorganic-organic hybrid supramolecular compounds based on POMs, Na4[Cu(P2Mo5O23)](C12N4H18)2·3H2O (1), Na4[Cu(P2Mo5O23)](C10N4H14)2·4H2O(2) and Na6[P2Mo5O23](C12N4H18)2·3H2O (3), were synthesized by Strandberg-type POMs as building blocks and flexible organic ligands as units through hydrothermal method.Crystal structure analysis of compound1shows that it is in monoclinic system, C2/c with the crystal data a=19.313(4) A, b=13.305(3) A, c=18.147(4) A, α=90.00°,β=90.64(3)°,γ=90.00°, V=4662.7(16) A3. Crystal structure analysis of compound2shows that it is in monoclinic system, P2(1)/n with the crystal data a=12.021(2) A, b=20.825(4) A,c=17.089(3) A, a=90.00°, p=104.67(3)°,γ=90.00°, V=4138.7(14) A3. Crystal structure analysis of compound3shows that it is in monoclinic system.
