With the rapid development in the industry, the mold as a basis for industrial production,which has been greatly promoted development. The coming problem of talent supply anddemand promotes the colleges and universities to set up the mold technology education. Theprofessional learning of mold technology need to accumulate practical experience, therefore,the practical teaching is particularly important. The mold practice teaching always using thereal object, the teaching effectiveness is limited by time, space and other factors. Faced withthe drawbacks of it, there was necessary design a utility model mold the practice of teachingresources to supplement.The development of information technology, the virtual experiment teaching hasbecome an integral part of practice teaching through information technology. In this paperbasing on the investigation and analysis of the condition of the mold assembly-disassemblyexperiments, we use the virtual assembly technology to design and develop the mold virtualassembly-disassembly training workshop. Achieving the training programs of the moldassembly-disassembly operations depend on simulation and interactive operation of thevirtual mold. The virtual mold assembly-disassembly training system which can solve thelimitations of the mold real object teaching facilities and inspire students’ interesting for moldprofessional learning.The main contents of it as following:1. Through the analysis of the need in education and training of mold practice teaching,we designed a mold virtual disassembly training workshop. According the systemdevelopment determined the developing technology route and analysis the developmentdifficulties.2. Because of the limitations of existing shaped model representation to expression theassembly-disassembly dependency relationship, this paper emphatically researches it and putsforward an assembly sequence model based on net structure. We also give the establishingMethod and algorithm flow for the model.3. On the basis of the net-model for assembly sequence, the system functionrealization of virtual mold, which can to support mold assembly/disassembly operation atMulti-path select. In addition, in order to enrich the teaching resources, and also developed the assistant function module for it.4. Furthermore, an intelligent examination system for mold assembly-disassemblytraining was developed to meet the need of teaching and learning. Thus quantified assessmentis implemented to the virtual mold assembly-disassembly operations and it can effectivelysolve the difficult of the quantified assessment of practice teaching.
