Analysis On The Coordinated Development Of Ecological Economy Based On Ecological Footprint Model

With the rapid development of regional social economy, the environmentalproblems were important factors that has serious impact to the regional economic andsocial sustainable development, how to coordinate the environment and economicdevelopment is the target of the social and economic development. At present, Jiangxiprovince is promting the construction of Poyang lake ecological economic zone, asthe Poyang lake ecological economic zone is the econmoic area of nationalstrategy,it has become a core region that leading economic and social sciencedevelopment, carrying catch up, green rising in Jiangxi province,it has greatdevelopment potential and it’s an important part of regional development pattern inour country.This paper takes the Poyang lake ecological economic zone as research objectand38counties as research units, applies the method of ecological footprint modeland GIS to evalue and analyse the regional ecological economy development, themain conclusions are as follows:(1) The ecological footprint raised,the urban ecological footprint per capita werehigher than the counties; the ecological capacity decreased, the urban ecologicalcapacity per capita were lower than the counties; The urban and the southwest ofPoyang lake ecological economic zone were ecological deficit, the north andnorthwest edge area were ecology surplus.(2) The ecological footprint of ten thousand yuan GDP decreased, the countieswere higher than the cities,it means efficiency of the resources use in counties werelower than in cities, Nanchang and the counties around Nanchang have highefficiency of using the resources.(3) The ecological footprint diversity of most counties were decresed, the highecological footprint diversity area lies in the northwest of Poyang lake ecologicaleconomic zone, the cities of the ecological footprint diversity were lower than thecounties, it means most of the land was used as construction land in cities.(4)The ecological economic system development ability of most counties wereincreased, the high ecological economic system development ability lies in thesouthwest of poyang lake ecological economic zone, it was high overlap withecological footprint, but the improve of regional ecological economic systemdevelopment ability is mainly rely on the ecological footprint.(5)The ecological economy coordinated index of most counties in poyang lakeecological economic zone were decreased, the high ecological economic coordinationcounties were as fellows:Wuning,Fuliang and Jiujiang.The region of high ecologicaleconomic coordination were towards to the southwest of ecological economic zone.
