Noise, vibration and comfort is a comprehensive indicator for the automobilemanufacturing quality. Mining truck, as a high load and power constructionmachinery, make noise and vibration problems worse. In the21st century, theenvironmental performance has become an important index of the civilizedproduction of construction machinery. So, reducing the interior noise andimproving the ride comfort also become a very important design link ofconstruction machinery.This project takes a type of domestic mining truck as object, summarizes thegeneration mechanism of interior noise and characteristics of various noise sourcesfor mining truck cabin. The simulation and experiment research are carried out forthe air intake system, exhaust systems, cabin acoustics and the engine mountsystem, etc. Then feasible noise control methods have been proposed and theoverall noise reduction effect of the improved model has been verified. Afterproject treatment practice, The effectiveness is validated. Now, these measureshave been used for batch production, which make a significant contribution toquality enhancement of the company’s products.
