In the field of oil and gas development,fracturing operations can use fracturing trucks to inject high-pressure liquid into the formation,which can cause formation fractures and improve the fluidity of oil and gas resources.It is the core technology for oil and gas wells to increase production,especially for the development of unconventional oil and gas resources such as shale gas,shale oil and coal bed gas.In order to make the formation and remote control of a series of fracturing trucks equipped with MTU/DDC 12V4000 diesel engine meet the construction requirements of shale gas development,this thesis studies the control system of this type of fracturing truck and designs a control system for this series of fracturing trucks,which can make the fracturing truck realize complex functions under various working conditions.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,according to the technology of industrial Ethernet,a control system consisting of local control and remote control is established.The control system is based on PROFINET.Both local and remote control adopt the same touch screen and operation mode,which can be redundant for each other.Secondly,a set of control program based on Siemens PLC is designed for MTU/DDC12V4000 series diesel engine fracturing truck,including hardware configuration and software design.The control system design uses the latest TIA Portal,WinCC and other software of Siemens to realize the complex operation conditions such as Multi-equipment operation and single-equipment operation,pressure test mode,fixed displacement mode and constant pressure mode.Simulated by SIMATIC S7-PLCSIM software,the test results show that the program runs correctly and basically meets the functional requirements of the control system of fracturing unit.Thirdly,a human-machine interface based on SIMATIC HMI MP377 15-inch touch screen is designed,which can meet all requirements of fracturing construction.The local console and remote control box set up the necessary man-machine interface for operation and monitoring control,centralized display of all necessary operation parameters and operation parameters,real-time work control,and can protect the fracturing car unit from overload,view alarm information,contact alarm,recovery and reset.The system operates in a "What you see is what you get" way,which has stable performance and makes the software easier to learn and understand.Finally,after the design is completed,the control system is verified in the fracturing operation site.The control system works well and achieves the design requirements.
