The structural feature and ultimate composition of luminescent nano-materials has a great influence on the luminescent performance. Rare-earth luminescence materials due to have strong absorb ability, high conversion and steady physicochemical property, is excellent luminescent nano-materials. In recent years, selecting biological macromolecules as template combined with molecular biology synthetize luminescent nano-materials, can construct many special crystal structure, and also give materials new performance,it has become a focus of research work.This paper first used Hydrothermal using fish DNA as a temple obtained LaPO4doping different concentrations Tb3+,GdPO4doping different concentrations Tb3+,GdPO4doping different concentrations Eu3+,CePO4doping different concentrations Eu3+,CePO4doping different concentrations Er3+and so on five kinds of rare earth phosphate nano materials, and use detection analysis by XRD, TEM, SEM and fluorescence spectrum analysis characterize the structural feature and luminescent performance of samples. The results show that in the samples prepared using fish DNA as a template by160℃hydrothermal reaction for24h, LaPO4:Tb3+is the monoclinic crystal system, MPO4:RE3+(M=Gd,Ce, RE=Tb,Eu,Er) is the hexagonal system, the sample morphology are rod-like nanocrystals; among them, the strongest emission peak of MPO4:Tb3+(M=La,Gd) nanomaterials is5D4â†'7F5transition of Tb3+, the strongest emission peak of MPO4:Eu3+(M=Gd,Ce) nanomaterials is5D0â†'7F1transition of Eu3+, the strongest emission peak of CePO4:Er3+nanomaterials is4S3/2â†'4I15/2transition of Er3+. The experimental results obtained at present provide an experimental foundation for further study of fish DNA as a template synthesis of nanoscale rare earth luminescent materials.
