Core-shell structure nano-particles become a high-profile new functional material due to the unique structural features and well performance. In this thesis, Ag nano-particles were synthetized by ethylene glycol method, then, Ag@SiO2/YF3:RE3+(RE=Eu/Ce, Tb), Ag@SiO2/CeF3:Tb3+and Ag/YF3:Eu3+core-shell structural composite luminescent nano-particles were successfully achieved through direct precipitation method. Its synthesis method, fluorescence property were discussed, and others properties were also characterized. Compared with pure rare-earth fluoride, core-shell structures nano-particles also have a good fluorescence property, then through changing the solvents and other experimental conditions, the thickness of the SiO2shell and the rare-earth layer can be effectively controlled, and its fluorescence property also can be effectively cutted. So thus nano-scale core-shell particles will be more widely used in biomedicine and closely related fields. At the same time, this issue has important academic value. I believe, the research of composite material surface changes on performance of the luminescence property, influence each other and promote the role of noble mental and luminescence materials in luminous performance aspect, for synthesizing efficient luminescence materials will be very helpful.
