With the development of the industry and the increase of urban population,urban sewage emission is increasing.As a by-product of urban sewage treatment,sludge synchronization also increase.In order to avoid secondary pollution and effective utilization of effective components of the sludge,sludge disposal has become a problem concerned by all over the world.Water treatment in the sewage treatment plant sludge disposal has gradually become the focus of attention.At present,the treatment level of wastewater produced in the process of sludge disposal sewage treatment municipal sewage treatment plant is not high,large capacity,process operation cost is higher.Some of the factory sludge disposal water without processing,forms secondary pollution to the environment.Therefore,to optimize the urban sewage treatment plant sludge disposal process and put forward the rationalization of water treatment sludge disposal scheme is very necessary.This study investigates a sludge treatment in sewage sludge disposal system,and first introduces the mechanism of sludge disposal system of medium voltage filtrate disposal.Biological pool volume was analyzed.Then the sludge disposal system were introduced.At the same time,the present situation and existing problems of water treatment sludge disposal were proposed.Sewage water entering into the system were analyzed,based on the sewage control scheme was proposed.Finally,by optimizing the biological pool volume,and replacing dilution water with excess sludge,the sewage reduction in sewage disposal was realized.After rectification,all sludge dilution water has made by ultrafiltration water pumping station instead of excess sludge,sewage and rainwater.Excess sludge every day about receiving emissions reduced 20%solid content sludge is about 24 tons.Through the analysis of the sludge disposal system of water added,reduce the digestive front-end diluted with water content,increase the solid content of sludge into the digester to 16.3%,reduce the amount of pressure filtrate after plate and frame processing,implementation of sewage sludge disposal decrement,one ton of sludge in the end will only produce 0.3 tons of tons of dry sludge reduction by 70%.
