LUCC has become the critical part and the main reason of the Global Environmental Change."In1995,LUCC proposed by IGBP and IHDP has been developed at home and abroad, and it also has become the international front research on the land science area. As the typical oil city, Daqing is one of the economic transition pilot cities determined by our country, and it is one of the most important area which is developed by the Ha-Da-Qi Industrial corridor in Heilongjiang province, in addition, it is the most critical area of the development of agriculture and animal husbandry area located in the northern ecotone of agriculture and animal husbandry and the Northeast China Transect. Daqing is located in the northern ecotone of our country and the east of Eurasian sand base band. With the rapid development of the society and economy, the types of the land use has taken place great changes in the east of the sand base band, related with the changes of the ecosystem services value.The paper analysis and interprets the TM images of the research area in1990and2009, extracting the basis data of land use types and building the land use data base. The land use types in Daqing city has been analysed by the model of land use on variation of amplitude, rate of change, land use degree, the regional differences and ect. To refer to the evaluation model of ecosystem services value, ecosystem services value caused by land use changes in Daqing is estimated from the time and special aspects.Though the comprehensive research of the several aspects, the conclusion as follows:1) The great changes of land use types on the variation of amplitude conclude woodlands, urban and rural residents and industrial land and cultivated lands. Over the past19years, the woodlands had totally increased104050.66hm2,the cultivated lands had declined92230.44hm2, urban and rural residential and industrial land had increased94362.02hm2.2) The woodlands and rural residential and industrial land has the rapidest rate of change. Annual decline rate of the cultivated lands, grasslands, the swamp wetland respectively was0.52%,0.77%,0.32%,1.4%, annual increase rate of the saline alkali soil, woodlands, urban and rural residential and industrial land individually was1.5%,9.91%,9.61%.3) The main types were the agricultural land and animal husbandry land, between1990and2009,the land use degree had increased11,shows that the land use in Daqing was in a period of development.4) In1990-2009,the marked change areas of cultivated lands were honggang district,saertu district and longfeng district, and the urban district was more significant than four counties; the marked change areas of grasslands were longfeng district; Regional differences in waters use was not significant, and the significant area was Dorbod Mongolia Autonomous County; the marked change areas of saline alkali soil far above other areas was zhaozhou county; the marked change areas of marsh wetland was honggang district; the marked change areas of woodlands were saertu district and longfeng district; the marked change areas of urban and rural residential and industrial land saertu district, ranghulu district and lindian county.5) Ecosystem service value showed a overall declining trend in Daqing city,and it had decreased from365.46billion yuan in1990to322.82billion yuan over the past19years. Ecept woodlands’ and saline alkali soil’s ecosystem service value was increased,the others were decreased. The service value’s order was waste disposal>water conservation>climate regulation>soil formation and conservation>biological diversity>entertainment culture>gas regulator>food production>raw material.6) Zhaozhou county had the lowest ecosystem service value, and the Dorbod Mongolia Autonomous County had the highest,but the variation of maximum of ecosystem service value was in zhaoyuan county.the service value in urban district, Dorbod Mongolia Autonomous County,zhaozhou county and zhaoyuan county were all reduced,only lindian county rised in the ecosystem service value.
