Guang xi Liu Pao tea is a later fermented tea, which has bright red-dish brown in color, strong and full in taste, with improving digestive health and therapy hyperlipidemia and adiposity. The key component is Eurotium cristatum in Liu Pao tea. However, the mechanism has not been clarified. Liu pao tea and Pu-Er ripe tea are both belong to black tea. So in this study, To clarify the relationship between them, the main Chemical composition and spectroscopic characteristic of Liu Pao tea in different years were analyzed by FI-CL, HPLC and Modern separation and purification technology as first part. and the liquid ferment of Eurotium cristatum was analyzed by liquid fermentation as second part. The results were concluded as follow:1) The spectroscopic characteristic of Liu Pao tea and compare with other teasBased on main composition of Liu Pao tea in different years, we compared Liu Pao tea with Pu-Er ripe tea and Green tea. In the analysis of main composition of Liu Pao tea:free amino acid content, pH, conductivity, ater extract and water content with Liu Pao tea in years increasing were weakening; Soluble sugar content was no changed; the Total quantity of metallic element and non-metallic element in Liu Pao tea and Pu-Er ripe tea was higher than green tea. In the Liu Pao tea, there was no As, Cd and Pd which was harmful to human, while there was a mount of Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu which were necessary for human being. As a result, moderate drinking Liu Pao tea is very good for health.2) Biological properties of Liu Pao tea effective componentBased on the comparison of Green tea and Pu-Er ripe tea the variation and Oxidation degree of Catechines and Caffeine of Liu Pao tea in different years was analyzed in this study. The UV-VIS absorption spectra showed the remarkable difference between Black tea and Green tea, the former was observed at205and272nm, the latter was observed at330nm. The anti-oxidation of tea extracts was detected by the flow-injection chemiluminescence, It was proved that Miao jian tea> Liu Pao tea>Pu-Er ripe tea, and with Liu Pao tea in years increasing the anti-oxidation was weakening; The content of Catechins and Caffeine was analyzed by HPLC, It was also proved that Miao jian tea> Liu Pao tea> Pu-Er ripe tea, Miao jian tea> Liu Pao tea=Pu-Er ripe tea. Therefore, Drinking Black tea is not easy to be high-spirited, suiting for drinking before sleep.3) The study of Liu Pao tea in microbiologyThis study, Yellow Cleistothecia was isolated from Liu Pao tea. The colonies of Eurotium Cristatum were observed by PDA Medium and tablet draw line method. By microscopy, the colonies, hyphael, ascocarp. Ascocarps Morphology and Individual characteristics of Eurotium Cristatum were founded as same as the characteristics of typical Eurotium Cristatum. By analysis of this Eurotium Cristatum, this Eurotium Cristatum was confirmed as Eurotium Cristatum. Hyphael was inseparably close as Primrose yellow mycelial ball in liquid ferment, and enlarging till autolysis in ripening. The main composition of effect of Eurotium Cristatum liquid ferment was analyzed by single factor experiment. The results were given as:cane sugar as carbon source, pH as5.5when Eurotium Cristatum grew. Liu Pao tea extract had promotion effect for the growth of Eurotium Cristatum. The optimum medium of liquid ferment is:PDA liquid medium with Liu Pao tea extract,8%cane sugar, pH5.5. In this study, theabrownine were isolated and purified from the fermentation broth of Eurotium Cristatum. The pure theabrownine was observed.
