In this paper, through a large number of experiments, it is finally settled that three kindsof polyurethane/polyurea materials for spraying. Their structures were identified via Fouriertransform infrared (FT-IR). Useing Instron double pillar desktop tension meter, JM-V typewear meter and scanning electron microscopy, to study the mechanical properties, waterresistance, chemical resistance and the wearlessness. The wear mechanisms were analyzedthrough the material surface of the electron microscope and the internal structure of thecomparison.PPG polyurethane/polyurea wear-resisting material’s preparation: The type of PPGprepolymer was synthesized by MDI-50and PPG with NCO at15%. And the viscosity suitedfor spraying. Compound B consisted of DETDA,DMTDA,T5000and D2000. The isocyanateindex was controlled at1.05. Useing Reactor H-XP3spraying equipment and AP gunspraying. The optimal spraying parameter was liquid pressure55~65MPa, temperature55~65℃. The final coating was characterized with tensile19.31MPa, elongation582%. Andthe water resistance, chemical resistance have been studied. Research showed that, coatingresistance to water and chemical medium resistance performance good. The friction loss ofcoating was0.0780g under weight500g,500r, through the type of JM-V Abrasioninstrument. We can see, the coating exist porosity, and present a ridge after wearing of circularlines, friction loss occurs mainly in the stomatal parts through its scanning electronmicroscopy images.PTMG polyurethane/polyurea wear-resisting material’s preparation: The type of PTMGprepolymer was synthesized by MDI-50and PTMG with NCO at15%. When add5%ofdiluents, the viscosity suit for spraying. The Compound B, press and temperature were same.The final coating was characterized with tensile21.43MPa, elongation582%. And the waterresistance, chemical resistance have been studied. Research showed that, coating resistance towater and chemical medium resistance performance good. The friction loss of coating was0.0560g under weight500g,500r, through the type of JM-V Abrasion instrument. We cansee, through its scanning electron microscopy images, there was a clear worn surface thefurrows of the phenomenon, belonged to the particle attrition.Silicone-modified polyurethane/polyurea wear-resisting material’s preparation: The type of silicone-modified prepolymer was synthesized by MDI-50, PDMS and PTMG with NCOat12%. The Compound B, press and temperature were same. When the PDMS content was5%, the properties of materials best. The final coating was characterized with tensile23.9MPa, elongation513%. The friction loss of coating was0.0302g under weight500g,500r,through the type of JM-V Abrasion instrument. We can see, through its scanning electronmicroscopy images, there was a clear worn surface the furrows of the phenomenon, belongedto the particle attrition, but more shallow scratches, no rules.
