The Research Of Green Design For Mc Nylon Pipe Centrifugal Forming Machine

This paper first briefly introduces the meaning and the significance of the green design, and then described the key technical problems of centrifugal forming machine’s design and research. In2010, a company in Hefei put forward the project in the research and development of nylon pipe centrifugal forming machine, I undertake the main design work in the project, do an in‐depth study to MC nylon and the centrifugal forming machine in the process of designing, through the theory and the research in the practice, and the concept of green design, conduct the improvement and the optimization of system, do a deep research and analysis to the key technique of the equipment.This paper based on the existing production of MC nylon pipe centrifugal forming machine for reference, analyses and research the advantage and the disadvantage of existing centrifugal forming machine.Through consulting a large number of MC nylon and centrifuge data, break through the traditional idea, overcome the bearing heating when the centrifuge runs, large energy consumption and large amount of vibration faults.
