| As the product update of automotive industry is faster and faster and the flexiblewelding line based on multi-production are used more and more widely, highermanagement level of welding workshop is required. For lacking of flexibility ofcurrent welding workshop’s plan and control management and the difficulties ofreal-time monitoring to production process, we put forward the manufacturingexecution system (MES) for the welding assembling process.Based on analyzing the flexibility production of welding workshop, thisdissertation sets the MES model oriented the welding assembling process. Make fulluse of product structure data, process data and the workshop production capacity data,together with multiple data coupling mechanism to form various kinds of plans, suchas products work plan, material delivery plan and so on for the flexible managementof production planning. Aiming at the process of planning controlling, equipmentexception handling, this dissertation put forward the technologies of the field busnetwork structure, including OPC, N-Ring ring network etc; and based on this,construct the real time data acquisition and the information transmitted interactiveplatform; then through the object-oriented programming technology, build thevisualization of the man-machine interface to connect corresponding function ofmanufacturing execution system, site operation workers and automation equipment,so as to realize the integrated management of the welding workshop’s productionprocess.Finally, on the basis of having studied many key technologies of functionmodule and the implementation methods, the overall planning of MES oriented thewelding assembling process, including the system’s network topology structure,function and the database model is proposed. And an example of the productionmanagement process of a car manufacturing enterprise’s welding workshop is given,and the welding assembling process oriented the manufacturing execution system isconstructed. |
