The filler technology is the core of the biological membrane method. Filler as carrier of microorganism, can influence microbial growth, reproduction, detachment and morphology as well as adsorption and retention effect of suspended solids in the effluent. Filler also plays a role of cutting, blocking the bubble. It can increase the air bubble in water residence time and gas, liquid contact surface area and improve mass transfer efficiency. Also filler costs typically accounts for biofilm process overall investment30%-40%. Therefore, the character and cost of the filler is important to the treatment effect, treatment process of packing performance and the overall cost of investment and operation cost.In this paper, I choose the Japanese company NET flowing bed biofilm reactor biological stuffing-"BIOFINGE"(BF) as the main research object. After studying BF packing performance, the results show that, the high specific surface area of3410m2/m3. High volume load7kg/m3D, low sludge incidence of0.05-0.20, the high concentration of MLSS10000ppm~28000pm and other excellent performance.BF carrier on the adaptability of various waste water carries on the example analysis. A variety of wastewater using BF can be linked to the success of film, the municipal wastewater, petrochemical wastewater, and organic wastewater with high concentration have good treatment effect. The practice has proved that BF carrier can be widely applied in the biological treatment of wastewater.As to the wastewater biological nitrogen removal process and the traditional A/O biological film process, the anaerobic tank adopt mechanical agitation, aerobic pool of the bottom aeration and agitation. This method is easy, rapid biofilm system startup, mass transfer and good treatment effect, low operating cost characteristics.Through the experimental data confirm that BF carrier on the growth of bacteria, fungi, protozoa and metazoan. The food chain and sludge can last long. So it seldom has surplus sludge, to reduce the operation cost and can make the operation more convenient.Finally, compared in the economic cost field, it has great economic superiority in the fields of the basic construction cost and daily operating costs.
