Silane coupling agent on the metal surface pretreatment is a new type of surfacetreatment technology, compared with the traditional phosphating process, the process hasthe good use prospect because of the little pollution and low cost.Silane hydrolysis preparation based on bis-[trimethoxysilylpropyl]amine (BAS)and vinyltriacetoxysilane (VTAS), explore the right way to measure the silane workingfluid of the degree of hydrolysis. Because of the BAS and VTAS structure is complex,the analysis of the common testing methods can’t convenient measuring the degree ofhydrolysis, so choose the right analysis test methods of testing and calculating silaneworking fluid of the degree of hydrolysis is particularly important, selecting a rightanalysis test methods of testing and calculating silane’s degree of hydrolysis isimportant, this paper use uv-vis spectrophotometer to measure and accurate itshydrolysis degree, calculate two kinds of silane hydrolysis degree according to thehydrolysis mechanism and measure hydrolysis process silane hydrolysis degree withhydrolysis time change trend. The measurement method using simple instrument forindustrial analysis and detection provides the basis.with strong maneuverability. At thesame time this paper according to the analysis test method, measure the differentvolume proportion of silane working fluid of the degree of hydrolysis, analyzes thestability and the working fluid of cold rolled steel surface treatment after the corrosioneffect and the adhesion. It shows that when BAS and VTAS volume ratio is5:1, theproportion of BAS and VTAS degree of hydrolysis degree of hydrolysis were11.2%and6.85%,the working liquid has a good stability and meets industrial requirementsof the adhesion and corrosion effect. It provides a simple and convenient analysismeasurement to accurate and chooses the appropriate degree of hydrolysis of silane forthe future silane surface processing work.In the working liquid recycling, the industry standard in copper sulfate spotcorrosion method decides silane film effect, calculates single use and multiple cycleusing silane work fluid productivity, and explores the appropriate process program Atthe same time it measure the silicon, Fe3+and Cl-concentration, it’s also rmeasurement COD with the COD instrument. The above test is analyzed on the basis ofsilane film corrosion factors affecting.The experimental results show that: the silicon contention is1.112g/L accounts for unused work fluid of measurement value of36.5%; In the waste liquor Fe3+and Cl-concentration were1.419×10-4mol·dm-3and0.02942mg/ml; The waste liquor COD was138mg/L; Infrared spectrum shows that waste Si-O-Si content increases, because ofthe Si-OH happened to polycondensation or consume, leading to the failure of silanesolution.
