Optimization Decision Of Truck Dispatching Plan In Open Pit Mine

In the open pit mining exploitation, optimal dispatch of truck is the effective wayto reduce non-production time of mining transport equipments, to improve theproduction efficiency and reduce the mining cost of the mine, in the time of planningthe truck transportation to make it to transportation efficiency, it is key to give thedispatch scheduling of optimal truck and the cars′plan of assignment, the theory,model and algorithm quality will directly influence the vehicles running effect.This paper mainly studied theoretical part of the open pit mine truck dispatch,which is the heart of truck dispatch system, the character of model will affect the fullplay of the equipment and the economic benefits of the whole system. According to theactual situation, this paper respectively establishes the road network model and theoptimized scheduling model of vehicles flow programming and gives the specificoptimized scheduling transportation scheme and detailed the cars′plan of assignment,which provides a good decision and powerful theory support for the real time dispatchsystem of the open pit mine trucks, and offers ideas for reducing cost of minemanagement.Firstly, we studied the road transportation network of open pit mine truck by therelated knowledge of network diagram, and simplified the reality of roads, andcalculated equivalent transport distance of different roads, set up the network diagramof road from mining and split rock sites to Uninstall points. According to thecharacteristics of road network chart, we conduct optimized calculation by usingDijkstra algorithm and Floyd algorithm separately, and developed relevant program togive computational result fast with MATLAB software; Secondly, with the help ofrelative theories and method of nonlinear programming, built programming model forvehicles flow according to transport wanted target and various conditions, andprogrammed relevant program based on algorithm by use LINGO11.0software, we caneasy get the right routes and numbers of trucks, given the cars′plan of joint assignmentbased on the optimal scheduling program of trucks; Finally, analyzed and discussedscheduling criterion truck dispatch system of the open pit mine, which will be combinedwith the road network model and programming model for vehicles flow to guideproduction, and obtains good effects.
