There are many uncertain factors in the production and dispatching process of open-pit truck,which directly affect the operation of shovel and truck,and then affect the mining efficiency of mining enterprises.In this paper,multi-objective intelligent optimization method and uncertainty theory are combined to solve the truck scheduling problem in open-pit mine considering uncertainty factors.Through the investigation of the actual production process of open-pit mine,analyze the influencing factors in truck dispatching,and make a comprehensive analysis of the existing production conditions.According to the principles and characteristics of truck dispatching in open-pit coal mine,the optimization objectives and constraints of truck dispatching were summarized,and based on the existing scheduling model,the multi-objective optimization model of truck dispatching in open-pit coal mine was established with transportation cost and total waiting time as the optimization objectives.Considering the uncertainty factors in the process of truck dispatching,statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out on the loading time,empty vehicle running time and heavy vehicle running time respectively to obtain the data distribution type.Conclusion:the uncertainty of the same truck traveling time in the same path is small;The driving time of different trucks on the same path varies greatly and there is obvious uncertainty.Finally,according to the actual production scheduling situation,considering transportation cost and truck waiting time,a multi-objective optimal truck scheduling model considering uncertain factors is established.The multi-objective weighted genetic algorithm and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are used to solve the deterministic multi-objective truck scheduling problem respectively,and the results show that NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is better for solving the truck scheduling problem.Then on the basis of solving the deterministic scheduling problem,considering the random distribution characteristics of truck transportation time and shovel loading time,combined with the random process simulation method to calculate the optimization target,using NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm simulation solution.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm for truck scheduling problems with uncertain factors.
