With the large-scale and intelligent production mode of open-pit mine in China,the mining and transportation process system tends to be integrated.The investment of mining and transportation system accounts for more than 60% of the total investment of the mine,among which the single-bucket highway has become one of the most important mining and transportation methods with the characteristics of flexibility and less investment.Open-pit single bucket road mining is mainly carried out by single bucket electric excavator and transport dump truck,so the choice of shovel equipment and the rationality of the system directly affect the production benefit of open-pit mine.In addition,due to the complexity of large open pit mining process involving technology,the construction period of a few years to more than ten years,the ore is mined and the occurrence of the ore bodies will change over time,therefore,the choice of transport equipment and efficiency matching problem in the medium and long term mining plan of large open-pit mine mathematical model has the characteristics of high complexity.In this paper,on the premise of long-term production planning of open-pit mine,the optimization system of truck and shovel configuration is established to optimize the cost of transportation truck and the cooperation efficiency of truck and shovel in a specific period.The following aspects are mainly studied:This paper systematically summarizes the particularity of mine production,overview and analysis of the problems of the open-pit mine transport equipment selection,summarizes the classic solution to the problem,set up by using the improved genetic algorithm for open-pit mine truck allocation optimization model,and establish the efficiency maximization under the single cycle shovel car configuration optimization model,Provide scientific and effective plan for mine production decision.In order to optimize the selection and matching of large open-pit mine car shovel,the following aspects are mainly studied in this paper:(1)Summary and analysis of relevant theories and solving methods of vehicle shovel configuration optimization.This paper summarizes the classification research and solving model research of vehicle shovel configuration optimization at home and abroad,and summarizes the shortcomings of systematic research on vehicle shovel configuration optimization at home and abroad at present.The paper describes the traditional equipment selection problem and its extension to the optimization problem of shovel configuration in open-pit mine,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the problem solving model,and discusses the significance and value of intelligent optimization algorithm to the optimization problem of shovel configuration,providing a theoretical basis for the optimization system of shovel configuration.(2)The establishment of the configuration optimization system of open-pit mine truck shovel.According to the production cycle of the mine,the system is divided into two stages.In the production planning period,the change of the truck recovery income and the change of the comprehensive operating cost under the multi-cycle are preprocessed,and the truck configuration selection model of the open-pit mine is proposed to minimize the total cost of the truck.In the actual operation stage,the reliability evaluation of the operational efficiency of the feasible shovel system was carried out with the solution results of the truck configuration selection model as the input condition,and the optimization model of the shovel configuration that maximizes the efficiency of the single cycle was established.(3)Improved genetic algorithm design and algorithm validity verification.According to the model established in the production planning period,the traditional genetic algorithm is improved accordingly,and the coding and decoding scheme of the adaptive model is proposed.The elite strategy and niche strategy are introduced,and the adaptive crossover and mutation operators are adopted to improve the convergence ability of global search and the balance ability of local search.The advantages of the proposed algorithm compared with other intelligent optimization algorithms are verified in a simulation example,which proves that the algorithm can effectively solve the truck configuration selection model in open-pit mine proposed in this paper.(4)A domestic open-pit mine shovel system configuration optimization application simulation.To a domestic open-pit mine as the background,to collect mine production planning parameters and practical production data,the established model and algorithm of open-pit mining equipment selection and matching optimization simulation application,the results show that application of this article proposed the solution to save total cost of transportation equipment,and effectively improve the efficiency of the use of the shovel car equipment.The research results of this paper provide a complete optimization scheme of truck and shovel allocation for large-scale open-pit mining,realize the requirements of efficient utilization of equipment,lay a foundation for the fine management of open-pit mining,and also provide a scientific scheme for the comprehensive selection of open-pit mining equipment.
