The Research On Remote Inspection And Monitoring System For Coal Mine Roadway

After investigating and analyzing the actual situation of the coal mine roadway andthe belt conveyor, this thesis develops a coal mine roadway remote inspection andmonitoring system aimed at realizing safety, real-time and efficient video monitoring ofthe belt conveyor. With the combination of wireless communication, video monitoring andPLC controlling and communication technology, the monitoring of belt conveyor, smogand sound is carried out.This paper first analyzes the actual operation situation of the belt conveyor, andexpounds the necessity of belt conveyor safety monitoring combined with the coal minesafety monitoring system present situation at home and abroad.Secondly, combining with the system function demand, this paper puts forward thegeneral scheme design of the remote inspection and monitoring system of coal mineroadway, and the system structure design and function module partition is carried out.Then, the system real-time problem is studied. The system real-time optimizationmeasures are proposed through the system real-time analysis and Internet delay analysis.At the same time, the key technical options are made through comparative analysis.Again, on the basis of completing the system hardware selection, the remoteinspection and monitoring system for coal mine roadway is developed.Finally, combining with the actual application situation, the system video analysis,system real time analysis and reliability analysis are made. The system was successfullyapplied in a coal mine in Heilongjiang Province and passed acceptance. The results show agood and stable working performance, which meets the prescriptive specifications.
