Research On The Relativity Of Clothing Pressure Comfort And Artistic Sensation Of The Tighten Chip Shaping Bra

Shaping bra modifies female chest throuth pressure, makes chest erect andincreases a sense of fullness of the chest. Meanwhile, it can also prevent the breastfrom expasion or sagging. The newest body sculpting fitness bra-the tighten chipshaping bra,which first appeared in2005has significantly improved the effect onchest shaping with its unique tying structure design. Though there are various typesof tighten chip shaping bras on the market, the unevened quality of tighten chipshaping bras cause different pressures to human chest. If the pressure is too weak, itcan not produce satisfactory effect on poly-chest and body shaping. On the otherhand, if the pressure is too strong, it causes side effects and even harm to the humanbody. Pressure from the tighten chip must meet the requirement of the sense ofcomfort, as well asthe sense of beauty, it can achieve healthy and beautiful effects bywearing tighten chip shaping bras. This article explores the proper pressure rangethrough researches on the relationship between the sense of comfort and beauty ofthe body wearing the tighten chip shaping bras under different circumstances.This paper firstly describes respetively the pressure test experiment and thephysiological index experiment of5types of tighten chip shaping bras in differentsituations and includs subjective questionnaires. By using Labview virtualinstrument, the pressure test experiment produces the pressure ranges of10differentpositions in15different exercise postures. By using the Bio-signal Acquisition andProcessing System, the physiological index experiment collects the heart rate andrespiratory rate in different motions. In both experiments, a treadmill was used tosimulate the amount of exercise of walking and jogging. In order to maintain theconsistency, the time interval and time of test of both experiments are the same.Secondly, the paper introduces12body evaluation projects and defines theevaluation and the evaluation process, which as a result builds a complete bundle of tightly fitness bra body evaluation system. Besides, the evaluation experiment on thesense of the body beauty is also carried out. These are essential to acqure accuratedata from either subjective or objective study.Thirdly, this paper has focused on the study of the measured data. In order todetermine whether the measured data meets the requirements of later research, thebasic data analysis was introdued. By Using factor analysis method, the mostimportant4fators to pressure sensitivity are determined. And in sequence, thepositions of pressure test research are defined as follows: the contact between brastraps and collarbone、the contact between bar strap and between、CF、rubber bone、laminated thin foam panel、bottom band、steel ring. Basing on the respectiveanalyses of subjective and objective data, the Single-element Regression Model ofpressure comfort of clothing and artistic sensation has been set up, which the artisticsensation=0.710+0.964pressure comfort. Above all, the final pressure thresholdwhich meets both the pressure comfort and artistic sensation is as follows, thecontact between bra straps and collarbone-2.92kPa～3.56kPa,the contact betweenbar strap and between-3.42kPa～4.06kPa,CF-3.04kPa～3.99kPa,rubber bone-2.10kPa～2.70kPa,laminated thin foam panel-4.78kPa～5.64kPa,bottom band2.84kPa～3.36kPa,steel ring-2.72kPa～3.47kPa.
