Study On Influencing Factors Of Shaping Effect And Pressure Comfort Of Non-Steel Ring Moulded Cup

As women pay more attention to breast health,more and more customers tend to choose non-steel ring bra.According to the feedback of designers in underwear enterprise,most of the non-steel ring bras in market are very comfortable,but its shaping effect is unsatisfactory.Therefore,this article is to analysis the influences on the shaping effect,pressure comfort and wearing fitness of the non-steel ring moulded cup bra respectively from four design factors of thickness of the moulded cup,middle angle of the center,side height and materials of the bottom band.This topic research mainly includes the following parts: Firstly,testing and comparing the shaping effect value of steel ring bra and non-steel ring bra,it is concluded that,in the case of the same conditions,the shaping effect of the non-steel ring moulded bras worse than that of the steel ring moulded cup bra;Secondly,according to the effect of the real try and designer's experience,selecting four experimental design factors of thickness of the moulded cup,middle angle of the center,side height and materials of the bottom band,and making the experimental bras.By measuring and comparing the experimental bras' shape effect values,it is concluded that all the above four kinds of design factors have a direct influence on the shaping effect of non-steel moulded cup bra;Thirdly,testing the pressure of the bras and analyzing the relationship between four kinds of factors and the pressure comfort,it is concluded that the design factors have impacts on pressure comfort;Fourth,evaluating the wearing fitness subjectively and analyzing the relationship between four kinds of factors and the wearing fitness,and finally getting the causes of the misfit phenomena.Through studying the design factors of the non-steel ring moulded cup bra,it is explored the relationship between the four factors with the shaping effect,pressure comfort,and wearing fitness,respectively.Besides,it provides reference to design the non-steel ring moulded bras which combine better shaping effect,better pressure comfort,and better wearing fitness for the underwear enterprises.
