As the most advanced lift-off process in the world, Grapples uprooting heapstripping technology has been widely used in the industry of open-cast coal mining inmany countries with high level of mining process. Since the draglines used the electricalenergy as its driver force is lower cost and higher efficiency, the application prospect oflarge-scale draglines for transport down heap process will be very broad in China’sindustry of open-cast coal mining.First, the process of the Dragling in some countries is presented. Moreover thebasic principle and application conditions of the Dragling process are analyzed in detials,combined with the geological conditions of Heidaigou. Although the prerequisites formining application using dragline process in Heidaigou have been meet, it is significantto study the dragline process,for the lack of experience of its application is very seriousin our country.And then according to the actual properties of Heidaigou, the application of themining process was studied. At the meanwihle, the combinations of the miningtechnology were chosed based on the mining conditions of mine and characters of eachmining process. Also the reliability in production capacity was presented and themethod to determine some process parameters and its application conditions wereintroduced in my research.In order to analysis dynamically the specific circumstances of Dragline jobstanding horizontal position, Dragline stripping system and the bulldozers system andsingle bucket truck systems, and hanging bucket uprooting heap back to coal miningunder the process, the uprooting reactor technology applications was studied and amathematical model was established. The performance of my promoted method isconfirmed by the fact that higher system efficiency and more stable production capacitywas ensured although the production capacity, coal seam thickness, hanging shovelefficiency and state of the case back to mining the amount of change are changing. Thefirst application of dragline transport down heap process in Heidaigou, not only giverise to huge economic and energy efficiency, but also make lots of accumulation ofexperience and theoretical application.
