The steel corrosion of Reinforced concrete structure are more and more concerned,new reinforced bar for building has been continuously researched by institution. Thestainless steel/carbon steel cladding bar is a new material, which has a excellent corrosionresistance, a good Mechanical properties and nice appearance. Relative to the solidstainless steel bar, the stainless steel/carbon steel cladding bar has a higher costperformance, which could save more stainless steel in achieving the same corrosionresistance.The stainless steel/carbon steel cladding bar has a broad prospects for development,Relative to the foreign research and development, the domestic technology is immature.Hot rolling is the most promising method for manufacturing stainless steel/carbon steelcladding bar, both of the two metal achieveing the metallurgical bonding in the hot rollingprocess is very important. There is wall thickness nonuniformity by the rolling of passsequences, which needs to be solved immediately, the topic regard this problem as thebase for research.At first, the paper summarizes the current researching and development status on thespecial steel and cladding bar, and the theory of the pass design. The paper design thediamond-diamond pass system in major, making the side wall of the diamond pass radian,and design the convex edge diamond pass system and the concave edge diamond passsystem. Secondly, a finite element model is established in this article, and extract thecorresponding data and the contours which based on the finite element simulation. In orderto facilitate to the measurement of the wall thickness, this paper design the secondarydevelopment of CAD software,which based on the Auto LISP language. This procedurecan dimension the wall thickness quickly, which saves a lot of time.The thesis simulate the model which have the different velocity, the differenttemperature of the workpiece and the different coating material. based on the finiteelement model, analysising the wall thickness distribution of stainless steel; Discusses thefeasibility of rolling cladding bar by3roll mills, simulating the flat triangle pass system and the trigon hole system; Simulating the two sets of diamond-diamond pass system,analysis the effect of rolling and the wall thickness. Later, the radian side diamond pass isdesigned, including the convex edge diamond pass system、the concave edge diamondpass system and the Uneven edge diamond pass system. By using the three pass systems,the degree of bonding between the two metal and he wall thickness distribution ofstainless steel are studied.
