Research And Engineering Analysis Of Leachate Treatment Standards And Guideline Based On MBR Technology

Membrane bioreactor (MBR) treatment technology is applied to a large number ofleachate treatment works, but the lack of standards and guidelines to guide both projectconstruction or operation of the facility management, there are some non-standard issuesaffecting the leachate treatment facilities fully effective. Therefore, the preparation of solidwaste leachate treatment standards and guidelines based on MBR technology, has greatsignificance.Based on our solid waste leachate treatment status of research on the application ofMBR treatment technologies and standardization of the analysis of the status quo,established standards and guidelines for the preparation of the technical route, determinethe content of standards and guidelines, and focus on technical content for the preparationof studies, comparative analysis of the domestic final two typical leachate treatment works.This paper studies the content and conclusions are as follows:1) MBR treatment technologies for leachate pollution load reduction of the maximumcontribution rate. Only in2010, for example, there are over600,000tons annual COD,280,000tons of BOD and110,000tons of nitrogen and other contaminants disposed ofunit MBR process in leachate treatment project.2) Standards and guidelines for the use of site investigation, comparative study ofliterature, expert consultation, meeting discussion and other methods to determine thescientific and rational principles of the main technical content.―Technical specificationfor membrane bioreactor systemfor municipal solid waste leachate treatment‖, the maincontents include:(1) General Provisions;(2) Terms;(3) Basic Requirements;(4) TechnicalRequirements;(5) Construction and Acceptance;(6) Technology Debugging;(7)Operation And Maintenance. One of the core focus of the content into the national refinery simplified standard―Technical code for municipal solid waste sanitary landfill‖, detailedthe operability of the content into the chapter leachate treatment of―Technical Guidelinefor Projects of Municipal Solid Waste Sanitary Landfills‖.3) Standards and guidelines focus on the technical content of the preparation ofstudies include: the basic system components, external MBR treatment system withbuilt-in comparison, the process parameters, process, membrane materials and structures,design calculations, process debugging, system operation and maintenance and so on.4) Comparative analysis of two typical examples leachate treatment works,concluded: generally recommended side-stream MBR treatment system, A/O-MBRprocess can be used in the condition of good water quality, when dealing with poor waterquality can be enhanced by A/O/A/O-MBR process.
