Super-low permeable oil field occupies60%in the tentativedevelopment-geological classification of the oil reservoirs in China. How tohigh-effective development this kind of oil reservoir is the main problem thatour country’s petroleum industry facing. The Chang6reservoir of YangchangSeries in Chai44wells region of Xiasiwan Oilfield is a typical super-lowpermeability clastic rock reservoir. The well pattern and injection-prouductionpressure system inadaptation the development effect caused by increasinglyworse. This paper uses for reference from waterflooding developmentexperience of super-low permeability clastic rock reservoir, using conventionalreservoir engineering and reservoir numerical simulation technique to makereasonable injection governance potential tapping technology andcomprehensive adjustment scheme, achieved achievements and cognition asfollows:1) Chang6reservoir of Chai44wells region has lack of nature energy andformation pressure has a greater drop than other wells. It is characteristicincluding: The output of production well decreases fast; comprehensive water content will increase fast as yield decreased; and result as single well productioncapacity will low etc. Therefore, should inject water to increase reservoir energyin time and complete folding well pattern to solve the problem above.2) Consider well network condition in Chai44wells region, suggest that usethe inverted seven-spot injection-production well pattern on Chang6reservoirof Chai44wells region. Reasonable well pattern density should be21Kou/km~2and well spacing should be about165m.3) Reasonable formation pressure for Chang6reservoir of Chai44wellsregion should maintain at a level of5.8MPa, maximum wellhead injectionpressure should be12.03MPa; stage injection-production should maintain at1.03:1level. Single well water injection rate should be6m3/d and liquidwithdrawal rate should be2m3/d. Sure more reasonable fluid production rate is1.6%.4) According to the design optimization and contrast,recommend theadjustment of encryption well pattern and production and injection prorationscheme will improve development effect and economic benefits by havecomposite water cut81.5%, recovery percent of reserves18.6%, formation pressure recovery to5.53MPa, and pressure level keep at77%by the end of2050.The paper make feasible water injection technology policy limits andcomprehensive adjustment scheme will have reference meaning to efficientwaterflooding development of similar reservoir in ordos basin.
