Block D of Dagang oilfield is a complex fault block reservoir, facing the current situation of remaining oil dispersion, high water cut and low recovery rate. Its geological reserves account for more than 50% of the entire oil field. This paper takes block D of Dagang oilfield as the research object, uses reservoir numerical simulation technology, evaluates dynamic analysis and matches production history, analyzes the remaining oil distribution and its potential, and finally selects a secondary development adjustment scheme. This paper comprehensively evaluates the development effect of block D in Dagang oilfield from the aspects of water flooding control degree,injection-production correspondence rate and oil layer utilization degree. After analyzing by blocks,it is concluded that the block D of Dagang oilfield was third development levels. From the aspects of well pattern density and well spacing, the degree of perfection of injection and production well patterns is evaluated. The injection and production well patterns are not perfect, and measures such as well pattern encryption are required. In this paper, based on the matching of production history, the distribution and potential of remaining oil in block D of Dagang oilfield are studied. The remaining oil is mainly distributed in the main water-flooded sand bodies, the edges of abandoned river channels and faults.Measures such as well network encryption and deep profile control flooding. In this paper, the block division and well pattern encryption of block D in Dagang oilfield are designed, the secondary development adjustment scheme is designed and the development index is predicted. The development method of combining artificial water injection and natural water flooding is adopted, and the optimal scheme is mainly based on old well measures and deep profile control flooding. The scheme designed 152 new wells, with a cumulative increase of 1.997 million tons of oil and an increase in recovery factor of 4.0%.The overall deployment was adopted and implemented in five years.
