Study On The Preparation Technology Of The Rubber Powder Of Discarded Tires

In our country, the discarded tires produced is about140million annually, and is growing atdouble-digit rates. Making waste tires into rubber powder not only solve the problem of scrap tire’spollution, but also produce a kind of recycled resource, to the extent which makes comprehensiveutilization of rubber resources to get the sustainable development. Because our country is extremely shortof rubber resource，it is more important for how to recycle waste rubber. For this reason, the powderpreparation technology research has an important strategic significance.The research ideas of this papers are as follows:(1)Through the comparative analysis of scrap tirecrushing way and the research of normal temperature crushing process of scrap tire, combining thecharacteristics of waste tires, design the normal temperature method of preparation process of the scrap tirerubber powder;(2) Research the normal temperature crushing mechanism of waste rubber, this paperintroduces the model theory and limit theory of material crushing;(3) Through the research of allocationproblem of complete sets of equipment of the powder preparation, formulate the flow chart of completesets of equipment configuration, set up the equipment configuration evaluation model, and carry outcorresponding calculation analysis of the equipment configuration evaluation model;(4)According to therequirement of the rubber powder’s "quality" and "quantity", confirming the main structure parameters andworking parameters of the waste tyre roller mill, and analysing the relationship between the roller rotatespeed ’n’,roller clearance ’e’ and production capacity ’Q’ by the calculation of a living example analysismethod;(5)Through further study of the roller mill’s shattered Process, the waste rubber crushing process isdivided into three stages: the crushing stage of Large colloidal particle-Single Grain, the crushing stage ofsmall particle laminated and powder rebound stage, and establishing force model of the crushing process ofthe waste rubber roller machine,making further analysing to the crushing process;(6)establishing matrixmodel of the crushing process of the waste rubber roller machine,analysing Powder particle size of before and after crushing crushed and the variation of powder particle size.In this paper, studying on the preparation technology of the rubber powder of discarded tires providestheoretical foundation for the technology of theoretical research and experimental study and has theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.
