Steel industry is the basic industry of country economy and the base stone of the whole industrial and economic developments.The hot rolling strip is one important kind of steel.And it has important effect on the whole steel industrial technology advancement and economic benefit.The quality target of the hot rolling strip is composed by dimension and shape precision,surface quality and mechanical capability. But because the slab produces mass scale while in reheat furnace and rebirth scale while in rolling, which not only affect the products’precision and the inside and outside quality badly, but also prick up the rollers’abrasion and pollution of around circumstance.And the presence of scale increases the produce cost and debase the economic benefit. With the development of the control technology and the amelioration of the steel-making technology, steel products precision and mechanical capability has been improved rapidly. So,how to solve the surface quality problem of steel products is our big task.This article that setting about the hot rolling strip’s process clarifies the forming RP chromatography. silica gel, bonding agent, chlorosilanes, Grignard reaction According to research in the model optimization of reheat furnace, the atmosphere control inside of furnace, the optimization design of descaling system and the application of hot coilbox, finds out the methods to control and eliminate. The methods provide precious experiment data and powerful technology support to control and eliminate the scales in the hot rolling process.
