Research Of ASP Descaling Agent

Oil recovery of ASP flooding technology is a new tertiary oil recovery technique thatstands out from the chemical displacement of reserver,which is a Enhanced Oil Recoverythat use the alkli surfactant and polymer to blend with each other for scene recovery.Thetechnology has the advantages of high displacement and efficiency in oil recovery,whichhas brought the oil field enormous economic benefts.Although with the application of thistechnology,the formation and production appeared serious fouling problems,directly affectthe production efficiency and the promotion of the technology.This paper in order to solvethis problem,throhgh a lot of experiments,and according to different kind of scalesamples,screening the corresponding acid scale formula and alkaline scale fomula,as atechnical support of the oil recovery of Asp flooding technology.Choose the scales from the ASP flooding in daqing as the research object,this papersdudied the composition of the scale and its distribution of the scales that the same scalein the same area in different periods as well as the different parts of scale during the sameperiod,which is from ASP flooding,analyzed the formation mechanism and formingmechanism of ASP flooding scale.This paper used different periods of ASP flooding scale as the research object of acidscale formula,according to the characteristics of different time scale,combining the acidagent scale removal mechanism,through a large number of experiments,selecting the acidscale removal formula that corresponding the different periods of scales.Again according tothe characteristics of the acid detergent formulation,screening the good compatibility ofsurface active agent, dispersant and corrosion inhibitor,at last studied the discaling abilitiesof different acid scale formulations under different temperatures,and determined the acidscale formula using conditions through the comprehensive consider the descaling in thescene situation.Expermental results showed that through the corresponding acid scaleformula,under certain conditions,its removing scale rate can reach more than90%.According to the scale composition of ASP flooding,choosed a single materialcomposition of the scale,aimed at the single composition,conducted the studies ofcomplexation scale descaling agent performance,analysed the influence of complexationformula concentration,pH,reaction time reaction temperature and different complexationmatching in removal ability.Through a lots of experiments,combined with the anti scalemechanism of complexation formula,selected the corresponding single complexation scaleformula. According to different scales of the main components of ASP floodingsituation,choosed the corresponding single complexation scale formula to conduct scaleexperients,the experimental study confirmed that the single scale formula that had a goodeffect of the single scale,under the same conditions of single complexation scale formula,forthe single scale as the main component of ASP flooding scale,the formula also had a goodremoval ability of the scene scale,and its average removal rate can reach more than90%.
