According to the entrustment of a certain iron and steel enterprise and the experience of foreign advanced marking equipment introduced by it,this paper designs and develops a set of hanging phosphorus removal and mark spraying integrated marking equipment in line with the factory conditions.In the study of hanging phosphorus removal and marking integrated marking equipment,the development status of billet marking equipment at home and abroad,as well as the advantages and problems of the current billet marking technology were understood and studied through inquiring relevant data.According to the manufacturer's technical requirements,production conditions and process requirements,to identify the structure of the equipment design.The whole structure of the hanging all-in-one machine is divided into four parts:bridge structure,box structure,X-Y marking structure and descaling structure.The detailed design of each structure is carried out,and the important parts are selected and checked.The removal of oxide film on billet has a great influence on the integrity of the marking character.Through the study of foreign technology,this paper designs several structures of the hanging all-in-one machine,and adopts the roller structure for the lateral movement of the lower box structure.Through the close contact between the roller structure and the upper guide rail of the bridge structure,the sTableility of the lower box structure during the movement is guaranteed.For the X-Y identification structure,a two-layer mobile platform is adopted.Through the tight layout among the two-layer mobile platforms,the X-Y identification structure is more compact.At the same time,the fixed device of the gun head structure is added to improve the sTableility of the gun head structure and prevent the big shaking of the gun head structure during the movement of the X-Y identification structure.The dust-proof structure is designed to separate the inside of the marking structure from the harsh environment of the factory and ensure the fine working environment of the precision equipment inside the marking structure.Independent mechanical descaling structure was designed at the same time,the formation mechanism of oxide coating on the surface of a billet and the research on fracture scale,using Abaqus finite element software dynamics simulation was carried out on the descaling mechanism,through the analysis of descaling blade in different rotating speed,the material properties,the dip Angle under the condition of descaling blade on billet surface scale of impact stress changes in the size,design the optimal structure of descaling structurel,and thedescaling structure itself to study the protection,guarantee the process of descaling structure equipments Tableility and security.
