The iron and steel industry plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy,social development,infrastructure construction and national defense technology.Steelmaking-continuous casting is a key production process in the iron and steel industry.Efficient scheduling can effectively reduce the production cost of iron and steel enterprises,shorten the iron and steel production cycle,and improve the quality and production efficiency of iron and steel.In the actual steelmaking-continuous casting workshop,there are often many unpredictable disturbance events,such as delay in start-up,machine failure,emergency order addition,etc.These uncertain disturbance events will cause the original scheduling schedule.The task of steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling is to readjust and arrange the production plan in real time according to the disturbance events in the production site,and form a new scheduling plan to ensure the smooth progress of production.In the past steelmaking-continuous casting workshops,dynamic scheduling is mainly manual adjustment,which is easily limited by the experience of dispatchers,lacks fast and real-time response.It is difficult to achieve the optimal production scheduling plan for steel producers.Therefore,the study of steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling still has theoretical and practical significance for the steel production industry.Based on the production process of steelmaking-continuous casting,the dynamic scheduling problem of steelmakingcontinuous casting is studied in this paper.The main research work is as follows:(1)Firstly,the research background and significance of the dynamic scheduling in steelmaking-continuous casting are expounded,and the current situation and research methods of steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling are summarized,and the importance of optimizing the steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling problem is emphasized.Secondly,the theoretical and practical application of differential evolution algorithm and Lagrangian interpolation algorithm are studied,which provides the theoretical basis for the algorithm research in this paper.(2)In-depth analysis of the disturbance factors in the steelmaking-continuous casting production process,and according to the requirements of the actual production workshop,the optimization objectives and constraints of the steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling problem are proposed,the Mathematical model is established with the minimization of the maximum completion time,the minimization of the break casting time,the minimization of the total waiting time of the furnace and minimization of the deviation of the processing time as the optimization objectives.(3)A method of improving the differential evolution algorithm by using the Lagrangian interpolation algorithm is proposed(L-DE algorithm).By judging the search scope of the current algorithm,and the mutation strategy of DE/rand-to-best/1 is selected to change the search.In addition,Lagrangian interpolation is used to improve the local iterative ability of the difference algorithm in the later stage,thereby eliminating the premature convergence and poor local search ability of the differential algorithm when solving the steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling problem.(4)The L-DE algorithm is applied to the steelmaking-continuous casting dynamic scheduling problem,combined with the actual production data of a large steel plant in China,the simulation experiment is carried out to obtain the optimized scheduling scheme,indicating the feasibility of the algorithm.The algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the standard differential evolution algorithm,genetic algorithm and other improved differential algorithms for the same disturbance event problem and multiple disturbance event problems.The results show that the L-DE algorithm can guarantee the feasibility of obtaining the scheduling plan,the solution is faster and the quality of the solution is higher.
