One-way ANOVA was used to analysis the ratio of active ingredients (vitamin C,flavonoids,Polyphenols) and the capacity of oxidation resistance (·OH, ABTS·+DPPH·scavenging capacity and the reducing capacity) in vitro of6kinds of Navel orange(Newhall navel orange, Cara Cara Navel Orange, Bonanza Navel, Fukumoto Navel Orange, Washington Navel and Lane late) in Mature fruit peel and different stages of development till mature.The purpose of this paper is to provide the reference in development and utilization of Navel orange. The results are as follows:(1)The content of active ingredients(vitamin C,flavonoids,Polyphenols),the capacity of removing DPPH·、ABTS·+、·OH and the reducing capacity about ripe fruit peels showed great significance(P<0.01).he results of each index showed as follows, the content of vitamin C:Washington> Bonanza, Fukumoto> Newhall, Cara Cara> Lane late;the content of flavone:Newhall> Bonanza> Lane late, Cara Cara> Fukumoto> Washington;the content of polyphenol:Lane late> Newhall> Fukumoto> Cara Cara> Bonanza> Washington;the capacity of removing·OH:Newhall> Washington> Bonanza> Cara Cara> Lane late> Fukumoto; the reducing capacity:Bonanza> Lane late> Washington> Cara Cara> Fukumoto> Newhall; the capacity of removing ABTS·+:Cara Cara> Lane late> Fukumoto> Bonanza> Washington> Newhall;the capacity of removing DPPH-:Lane late> Bonanza> Cara Cara> Washington> Newhall> Fukumoto.(2)The content of active ingredients(vitamin C,flavonoids,Polyphenols),the capacity of removing DPPH·、ABTS·+、·OH and the reducing capacity about before maturity and in different stages of maturity period showed great significance(P<0.01).Multiple comparisons showed that the maximum content of vitamin C in Newhall navel orange and the maximum content of flavonoids in Cara Cara Navel Orange,Fukumoto Navel Orange,Bonanza Navel and Washington Navel occured before the maturity period. The maximum value of the capacity of removing DPPH-in Newhall navel orange and Cara Cara Navel Orange,;the maximum value of the capacity of removing·OH in Cara Cara Navel Orange and the maximum value of the capacity of removing ABTS·+in Fukumoto Navel Orange occured before the maturity period; the maximum value of oxidation resistance in remaining index of6kinds of Navel orange all occured in the maturity period.In conclusion,the capacity of oxidation resistance is strong in Navel orange and it is a useful antioxidant resource that can be used.
