| In1887, scientist Hertz discovered the electromagnetic waves. This discoveryled directly to the production of radio. The electromagnetic shielding fabric is a kind ofimportant new material or industrial product used in electronic products, construction,protective clothing.Firstly preparation method, performance characteristics, research status andapplications of blending fabric with metal fiber, metal-coated fiber, electromagneticshielding fabrics, salts fabric, weaving with metal filament and polyester yarn wereintroduced. The research direction was also pointed out.The application of Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma Method on thepretreatment of plating electromagnetic shielding fabric was mainly researched. Therelationship between plasma treatment process parameters and the fabric weight loss andcombination strength of metal coatings was also analyzed. Fabric coating fastness wasevaluated by the methods of transparent tape and thermal cycling test. The role of plasmatheory was analyzed by SEM picture. The experimental results show plasma etchingtechnology can create grooves and cracks. It can obtained equivalent coating fastness toalkali etching.CMCS-Pd complexes were prepared. Influence of reaction time and pH value onthe reaction was researched. And the structure of CMCS-Pd was characterized by UV, IR,TG, DSC. With CMCS-Pd complex solution as activation solution and polyester as basematerial, electromagnetic shielding fabric was prepared. It has excellent electromagneticshielding effectiveness.The optimum of chemical nickel plating was obtained though orthogonalexperimental. The hermodynamics and kinetics were reseached. Influence of bath composition and conditionson on coating composition, morphology, resistance was alsoreseached.The electromagnetic shielding fabric with low resistance and high-performancewas producted. The crafts of this electromagnetic shielding fabric is short, stable,environmental protection, energy saving. |
