As a special knitting clothing, along with the development of social economy and culture,the potential market of swimsuit is becoming bigger and bigger. As the consumer awareness is enhancing, when selecting swimsuit we should not only take into account from the elegant aspects, but more from the wearing comfort. How to choose swimsuit fabrics and design commodious quantity become an urgent problem.This paper first summarizes the situation home and abroad of the pressure comfort and swimsuit commodious quantity design, summarizes subjective comfort process of clothing pressure and analyzes its influence factors. This paper chooses5different kinds of spandex content of polyamide/polyurethane fabrics to take the test of fabric basic properties and elastic properties,and to make30pieces of swimsuits which are worn by the ten subjects of160/84A type region to measure pressure of19points of human body in different motions and the subjective evaluation value, research the effect of properties of fabrics, swimsuit commodious quantity,movement posture and body curvature using principal component analysis on the pressure of the swimsuit.Using cluster analysis30pieces of swimsuits in accordance with the wearing comfort are divided into3categories, using correlation analysis to analyze correlation between the pressure comfort and each wearing feeling, using factor analysis to analyze the relationship of different wearing feelings. According to pressure sense of each part when wearing the same size of five kinds of fabrics swimsuits with standing still and in different combination of movements, the sequence of the pressure sense comfort is obtained,and then the pressure sensitive degree of the corresponding parts is obtained. Based on the external pressure, the physical properties of fabrics, swimsuit commodious quantity,BP neural network is used to predict pressure comfort and establish subjective sense of pressure prediction model.Physical, psychological, physiological experiments will be combined in this paper, bicycle is used in physiological experiments, from subjects under three states of motion physiological data of heart rate and blood pressure was collected and the pressure value was measured, and the comfort threshold of swimsuits in each part during exercise was got.Clothing pressure of each part is fuzzy comprehensively evaluated through the pressure measuring point weights in application of fuzzy mathematics in DPS data processing system The pressure comfort range of swimsuits of different fabrics in static standing, action combination1of arm forward lift180°,left turn45°,leg after playing to the limit,action combination2of arm up to the limit, right turn45°,90°leg movement, action combination3of breasts to the lmit, crouch to end, and action combination4of stretching to the limit,upper body bending to the limit is obtained. Through regression relationship between commodious quantity and clothing pressure, commodious quantity comfort range of swimsuits of different fabrics in static and dynamic state is obtained. According to commodious quantity comfort range and each size standard of female body girth size, the comfortable size in each part of female swimsuits of three sizes is obtained, the original unreasonable girth size is changed to make new sample, by experts optimization of a new sample sizes is vetified.From a theoretical point of view it provides reference data for one-piece swimsuit commodious quantity design, to design a more humane swimsuit,the comfort requirements of swimming enthusiasts and athletes are meeted.From a practical point of view it has more realistic significance for the swimsuit size optimization,but also provides a reference for the female swimsuit size,and thus to guide the standard of swimsuit enterprices and to standardize the swimsuit industry.
