With the increasing awareness of women's fitness,the rapid growth of demand in the swimsuit market has created a broad prospect for the women's swimsuit market.The survey found that consumers still think that the swimsuit still has problems such as unreasonable structural design,lack of design sense,occurrence of traces and so on.Thus,it can be understood that the design of the swimsuit is not enough to study the structure,and the clothing comfort of swimsuit also needs to be considered.Therefore,the optimal design of swimsuit structure based on pressure comfort has certain practical significance and practical value.The specific research contents of this subject are as follows:Firstly,the method of literature research is used to analyze and summarize the current situation and problems of swimsuit related research,and the idea of market segmentation model is used to conduct market research on female consumers in Xi'an.Based on the statistical analysis software IBM SPSS,the frequency analysis method is used to analyze and process the data of the questionnaire results,which provides reference value for the market positioning and product development of the swimsuit enterprises,and also provides basis for the research of the subject.It is determined to take a certain brand of women's one-piece swimsuit as the research object,and young women aged 18-25 as the research group.Secondly,young women close to 160/84 A were used as experimental subjects,and non-contact 3D human body laser scanner was used to collect human body data,and 10 experimental subjects were selected to carry out five groups of objective pressure measurement experiments and subjective comfort evaluation in the state of motion.The subjective analysis,objective analysis and subjective and objective comprehensive analysis were used to study the pressure comfort of women's one-piece swimsuits.The airbag type garment pressure testing system was used to measure the pressure values of different states corresponding to the test points of the shoulder and back segment,the thoracolumbar segment and the abdominal and breech segment when the subjects were wearing swimsuits,and the subjective evaluation scale was established to evaluate and score the pressure comfort of each measurement point.Through the analysis of the subjective and objectivevalues,it is found that there is a significant negative correlation between objective pressure values and subjective evaluation values.Then,using the linear regression analysis method,the regression model of objective pressure values and subjective evaluation values of the measurement points of each part of the swimsuit is established,and finally the comfort pressure threshold and the distribution of comfort pressure of swimsuit measurement points are obtained.Finally,according to the analysis results of market research and pressure experiment data,the optimal design of segmentation design,color matching and pattern correction for a brand of swimsuit is carried out from the perspective of aestheticst and comfor.The optimized swimsuit is made and the trial wear effect of the mannequin is evaluated,so as to determine the model of the optimized swimsuit,and make the final product.Then,subjective and objective experiments are used to evaluate the optimized swimsuit and verify the comfort of the optimized swimsuit.According to the analysis results of the experimental data,the pressure comfort of the optimized swimsuit is increased,and the subjective comfort is at a higher level.Through literature research,market research and subjective and objective pressure experiments,this paper establishes a regression model of the pressure and comfort of women's one-piece swimsuit,determines the threshold of comfort pressure and distribution of comfort pressure,and finally the optimization design and verification are carried out,which provides theoretical basis for the optimization design of women's one-piece swimsuit,and also provides guidance for swimwear manufacturers on market positioning and product development.43 figures,51tables,68 references.
