Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Logistics Performance Of The Pharmaceutical Enterpirses In Our Country Based On PCA

Faced with the instant changing market environment, medicine enterprises need to find newways to increase income and reduce costs to establish competitive advantages. Excellent logisticsmanagement performance can effectively reduce the operation cost and satisfy the needs ofcustomers to establish irreplaceable competitive advantage. Based on the thorough understandingof the macro economic background, medicine industry background, our medicine logisticsdevelopment and present situation, the author summarized the existing research on medicineenterprises logistics and logistics performance evaluation. At last, the author adopts principalcomponent analysis analyses our114medicine enterprises.At first, the thesis introduced the background and related concepts. Then, the author choseprincipal component analysis for our medicine enterprise logistics performance empiricalresearch through the literature discussion of the medicine logistics and logistics performanceevaluation.Then, based on the introducing of related principles, calculation steps and its application ofprincipal component analysis and our Chinese logistics performance evaluation system, theauthor constructs our Chinese medicine enterprise logistics performance evaluation system.Finally, the author extracted out three principal components, and calculated each principalcomponent scores and comprehensive score of logistics performance by empirical study of our114major medical listed companies.At last through contrast analysis we found that the listed time of the top20enterprise isobviously earlier than that of the after20enterprises; The top20enterprises relativelyconcentrated in economy developed east China area, and the after20enterprises dispersed indifferent areas.
