In recent years,with the application of big data,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,Internet of things and other leading technologies,China has entered a new era of digital economy development.Cost reduction,efficiency enhancement,transformation and upgrading are the only way for the development of logistics enterprises.For a long time,the asymmetry of bulk transport source and vehicle information has led to the short board of freight industry,and the development of logistics enterprises in the bulk industry has been hindered.TTIE logistics company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large iron and Steel Group in China.This paper makes a deep study on the company.It hopes to study the typical of bulk transportation industry,analyze the problems encountered in the development of bulk freight,and formulate the development strategy suitable for ttie logistics company based on data and relevant theories,and provide reference for the development of TTIE logistics company,and to some extent Enrich the theory and practice cases of the development strategy of the bulk transportation enterprises in China.Based on the development practice of TTIE logistics company,this paper first analyzes the external macro environment and industry competition environment of the company by using PEST analysis method,five forces competition model and other strategic analysis tools,and analyzes the internal environment of the company from four aspects of operation,finance,corporate culture construction,human resources and incentive mechanism,And use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the competitiveness of the company.Secondly,the SWOT analysis method is used to determine the strategic direction,the QSPM quantitative strategic planning matrix method is used to select the optimal strategic plan,and the overall strategy,strategic policy,strategic objectives and strategic cycle of TTIE logistics company are formulated.Finally,in order to implement the development strategy of TTIE logistics company,according to the actual situation,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for the implementation of the company's development strategy from four aspects: increasing market development efforts,improving platform functions and products,strengthening interconnection with various platforms,and promoting market-oriented reform The guarantee measures for the implementation of the company's development strategy are formulated from six aspects: establishing and improving the enterprise system,building a learning organization,and paying attention to the construction of enterprise brand image.
