Phosphate surfactant is an important type of surfactant, it has been widely applied to various field for which has good solubility, emulsifying, antistatic and low surface tension.In this paper a series of phosphate were synthesized with phosphorylating reagents P2O5, the applications and properties of the phosphate surfactants wee studied. It has practical significance for the synthetic of new phosphate products.This paper designed and synthesized the phosphate surfactant of different materials and proportions from the synthesis process of phosphate surfactant. It determined the optimum conditions by analyzing various affecting factors, the orthogonal experiments and the performance testing. It studied the factors of affecting the surfactant properties and proposed a reasonable synthesis. It made a horizontal comparison on product performances and analyzed the different performance with the different structure. As the same time, it did a more reasonable analysis of the structure-property relationships of the phosphate surfactant.By synthesizing and testing determined the octanol phosphate process, the better material proportion is4, the reaction temperature is65℃to70℃, the reaction time is4h to5h, the hydrolysis time isl.5h.The series of AEO phosphate surfactant better conditions, the better material proportion is2.5to3, the reaction temperature is60℃to70℃, the reaction time is4h, the hydrolysis temperature and time is70℃and2h. The phosphate surfactant of the2-Ethylhexanol and the AEO-3has better effects for scouring bleach and can meet the requirements.The experiments discovered the reaction temperature and the hydrolysis temperature can make affection about the single and double ester content. It made the better process conditions, the better material proportion is2.5, the reaction temperature is70℃to85℃, the reaction time is4h, the hydrolysis time is2h, the hydrolysis temperature is70℃, the water is2%to4%. By performance testing the laurylalcohol phosphate surfactant can be used to antistatic agent, the octadecanol phosphate surfactant can make to be emulsifier.
