This paper is based on molecular design,with fatty acid chloride,phenol,epichlorohydrin,dimethylamine,and 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propyl sulfonate as raw material,anhydrous aluminum chloride,hydrazine hydrate,tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalyst,which has been esterification reaction,fries rearrangement,Huangminglong reduction,ether,amination,quaternization.Three kinds of novel alkylphenyl hydroxyl sulfobetaine type zwitterionic surfactants were synthesized,the structure is relatively new and higher purity,codenamed C10 BSBe,C12BSBe and C14 BSBe.Through several experiments to optimize the synthesis conditions of intermediates.Study the performance of C10 BSBe,C12BSBe and C14 BSBe,choose Shengli Oilfield base oil as oil phase to examined their performance.Fourteen alkylphenols,for example,discusses the synthesis conditions of new hydroxyl sulfobetaine type zwitterionic surfactants,fries rearrangement scheduled for 4.5h,the amount of catalyst was 1.2 times of treactant molar,alcohol water ratio selected 0.2.Alkylphenol intermediates and final products were characterized by FT-IR.The properties of novel betaine zwitterionic surfactants were studied,such as solubility,surface properties,emulsifying properties relevant aspects.The results showed that:C10BSBe,C12 BSBe and C14 BSBe surfactants have good solubility in deionized water and mineralized water under simulated conditions of Shengli Oilfield;three kinds of new surfactants all have good surface activity,Under conditions of 298.15 K,the cmc of C10 BSBe is 2.45×10-4mol/L, γcmc for26.89 m N/m,the cmc of C12 BSBe is 3.63 × 10-4mol/L, γcmc for 27.58 m N/m, the cmc of C14 BSBe is 1.73×10-3mol/L,γcmc for 28.13 m N/m;three kinds of surfactant have a certain emulsifying capacity,with increasing concentration appeared to reduce the time after the first increase in the watershed will stabilize after reaching the optimal concentration phenomenon,and the emulsion type are oil in water.Interface Properties of Novel hydroxyl sulfobetaine type zwitterionic surfactants showed:When the surfactant concentration of C10 BSBe was 1.5g/L,the surfactant concentration of C12 BSBe was 2.5g/L,the sufactant concentration of C14 BSBe was 0.4g/L, the base oil of Shengli Oilfield islanding can reduce the interfacial tension value is low as 1.5×10-3m N/m, 1.2×10-3m N/m, 1.6×10-3m N/m;during the wide temperature at 35~85℃,within the range,reflecting the good heat resistance,C14 BSBe can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension;impact study alkyl chain length of the surfactant interfacial properties,three kinds of surfactant concentration are 1.0g/L,the interfacial tension reduce with alkyl chains increases gradually;the surfactant solution of Cn BSBe in the simulation system islanding formation to maintain ultra-low interfacial tension level in the range of 60 days,which has good thermal stability,meet the surfactant flooding require to interfacial tension stability.
