In this paper,two kinds of surfactants were prepared from cashew betaine(CSZ)and twelve sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS).By using the method of orthogonal experiment,explored the effects of feed ratio,feeding time,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction conditions of the amination reaction,the optimum reaction conditions were determined,and the surface active agent for the purification and structure characterization.The synthesis of CSZ were mixed with SDBS and twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate SDS in different proportions,the interaction parameters of molecular surface adsorption layer and mixed micelle agent system between were obtained through calculation,results showed that synergistic effect there are two kinds of complex system,the synergistic effect of SDS/CSZ hybrid system is more obviously.The surface properties and interfacial properties of two mixtures were studied.The effects of the concentration,temperature and salinity on the surface tension,critical micelle concentration(CMC)and interfacial tension of the oil/water interface of the two blends were investigated.The results show that the surface tension and CMC of the system are the lowest when the mass ratio of SDBS/CSZ is 4:6 And when the mass ratio of SDS/CSZ is 6:4.Under high temperature and high salt conditions,when the mass ratio of SDBS/CSZ to 5:5,the interfacial tension of the lowest value is 2.24×10-4mN/m,when the mass ratio of SDS/CSZ to 6:4,the interfacial tension of the lowest value is 1.96×10-4mN/m,it has a super low interfacial tension of two kinds of mixed system.two kinds of mixed system of SDBS/CSZ and SDS/CSZ research shows that two yuan compound system to the foaming property of surface active agent is better than that of the single type,in high salinity conditions,SDBS/CSZ the best foaming height 277 m L,foam half-life of 110 min SDS/CSZ;the best foaming height 226 mL,foam half-life 116 min.On the other hand,with the increase of the concentration of the system,the emulsifying capacity gradually increases.When the total concentration of the system is constant,the emulsifying capacity gradually decreases with the increase of temperature,but still has good emulsifying properties.
